Steven Perron
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Steven founded Magellim REIM in 2010 with a vision to build a leading regional real estate investment platform in France. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a start-up to a manager of nearly €3 billion in assets. He brings over 25 years of experience in real estate finance and investment strategy.
Isabelle Marchand
Chief Investment Officer
Isabelle oversees all acquisition and portfolio management activities across Magellim REIM's diversified asset classes. She has led transactions totalling over €1.5 billion throughout her career and brings particular expertise in healthcare and hospitality real estate. Her analytical approach and regional market knowledge are central to our investment performance.
Thomas Guillemin
Head of Fund Management
Thomas is responsible for structuring, launching, and managing Magellim REIM's range of investment funds for private and professional investors. He has over 18 years of experience in regulated real estate fund vehicles and investor relations. He ensures that each fund is managed in strict compliance with regulatory requirements and investor objectives.
Nathalie Aubert
Head of Asset Management
Nathalie leads the asset management teams across Magellim REIM's regional offices, overseeing day-to-day performance of more than 700 assets. She specialises in value-add strategies for tertiary and residential assets, with a strong focus on tenant retention and sustainability improvements. Her hands-on approach ensures that every asset in our portfolio receives consistent, proactive management.
Marc-Antoine Lefevre
Chief Financial Officer
Marc-Antoine manages Magellim REIM's financial reporting, treasury, and investor communications. He joined the firm in 2014 and has played a key role in scaling the platform's operational infrastructure as assets under management have grown. His background spans audit, structured finance, and real estate accounting at leading French institutions.
